The PPG Menubar
26 PT Program Generator (PPG) v5.0
If a file of that name already exists in the specified directory, a dialog box
appears, asking if you want to replace the existing file. Select
Yes to replace the
file or
No to return to the Save As dialog box, where you can give the file
another name or place it in another location.
Save As
To save a newly created file for the first time (or to save an existing file with a
different filename or location), select
File> Save As from the menubar. This
opens the
Save As dialog box, shown in Figure 8.

Type a name for the new file in the File Name field. The pull-down list dis-
plays the names of all existing source-program files in the PPG directory.
Unless you want to overwrite the contents of an existing file, use a unique
name. PPG automatically provides the program file with a *.scr extension.
By default, the file is saved in the directory in which you installed PPG, and
this is where PPG will look to open a file. To store the file somewhere else,
select or enter the drive and directory before the file name in the
File Name
field.
Printing a File (Ctrl+P)
To print the current view of a program flow chart, select File > Print from the
menubar. Refer to the
Print dialog, shown in Figure 9.)
